Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchange for damaged product within 7 days of delivery. Please send request with video and photos while unboxing of product.
Product Return form

iylaglam.com understands that our consumers want to have a good time while shopping with us and be happy with their purchases, but if something isn’t quite right, please let us know. iylaglam.com believes in delighting every customer and as a result, provides a generous return policy that includes the following:

  1. All of our products are make-to-order, and are individually created for you. We would do everything required to meet your needs, be it engaging with you over a video call to having a detailed conversation about the product you need, we do everything possible to bring you the best. We hence do not provide returns on these items, once an order has been placed.
  2. We accept returns in-case of damaged products. In this case, we will request video of product unboxing from the customer side. Once the return request is accepted, we will initiate the refund in next 2-3 business days.

If you wish to return the product, write to us on support@iylaglam.com. After receiving an issue, the iylaglam.com team will evaluate the issue and settle the same in a way that you are satisfied.
